Ocean Blue provides guests with a "regatta dining experience" lined with two enormous 35 foot wide, 9 feet tall aquariums filled with rare tropical salt-water fish.
Diners will be able to select flavorful fresh fish creations aboard more than 70 miniature boats that will "sail" along the water in a 150 foot long shelf.
The fresh-daily menu will encompass dishes from steak to burgers, from seafood to sashimi and a delicious ramen noodle bar.

Launched in 2016, we feature fresh fish caught in Hawaii and throughout the world, hand-picked daily by Chef Ross and our expert fish buyers. An international culinary staff creates innovative global cuisine featuring local produce and fish as well as prime meats.
Ocean Blue is open 7 days per week for lunch and dinner starting at 11am.
